I’m Dave Adamson.

Before stepping into fulltime ministry, I spent years working as a TV reporter, experience that shaped how I think about storytelling, communication and reaching an audience.

I’ve been a pastor since 2008, and in that time I’ve led and grown online communities that now reach more than 80,000 people every week in the U.S., including Andy Stanley’s North Point Ministries in Atlanta.

Since 2020, MDCreative has helped hundreds of churches, from congregations of 20 to global ministries like YouVersion, Compassion, and Alpha, build digital strategies and systems that actually work.

But it’s not just me. Behind every project is a small, focused team: partner managers working directly with your ministry, a support team keeping things running, and comms specialists helping your message land.
